2025 Online Registration Process and Payment Gateway

Membership Information – 2025 Season

Please note: All new and renewed memberships will be valid until 31 December 2025.

Competition Eligibility for Boxers:
To be eligible to compete in any Boxing Victoria (BVI) or Boxing Australia (BA) sanctioned event, all boxers must:

• Complete their 2025 medical examination, with their Blue Book signed and stamped by a doctor.

• Provide proof of current blood tests for HIV, Hepatitis B & C.

Registration Guidelines:

• Do not select the ‘Add-On’ option unless you are registering for multiple membership types, such as Boxer & Coach or Coach & Voting Member.

• Returning members (within the past two years):
  Please use the Renew option.
  If the system does not allow you to renew, use the Register option instead.

• If you’ve already registered and:

  • Entered incorrect details (e.g., wrong email), please contact us directly rather than submitting a new registration.

  • You are under 14 years old, please email membership@boxingvic.org.au to request a Blue Book.

• Multiple membership types (e.g., Coach & Boxer):
  Please use the Add-On option located at the bottom of the online form.

• New registrations:
  If you experience any technical issues during registration, contact us before attempting a second registration.
  Payment is required immediately after completing your form and can be made via debit or credit card—please have your details ready.

Club/Gym Affiliation & General Membership:
These categories require manual assessment. Please visit the Documents page on our website to download the appropriate form.
