By applying or renewing as a member of Boxing Victoria Incorporated you agree to the below applicable terms and conditions of registration.

Application For Registered Competitor (Boxer) Membership Of Boxing Victoria Inc. (BVI)

You herby state that you are:

(a) a resident of Australia;

(b) at least 10 years of age

(c) of good character;

(d) am not a professional;

(e) am not insane or of unsound mind; and

(f) not the subject of:

(i) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a boxer imposed by BVI;

(ii) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a boxer imposed by Boxing Australia Ltd. (BAL);

(iii) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a boxer imposed by any other association, club or body that is a member of BAL.

You agree:

(i) to be bound by, and to observe, Boxing Australia Limited (BAL) Anti-Doping and Member Protection Policies; as amended from time to time;

(ii) that BAL's Anti Doping and Member Protection Policies, as amended from time to time, may be enforced against me;

(iii) that BAL may test and, where appropriate, discipline me in accordance with BAL's Anti-Doping Policy, as amended from time to time; and

(iv)that BAL may conduct investigations and where appropriate, discipline me in accordance with BAL's Member Protection Policy, as amended from time to time.

if Application for Registration as a Boxing Coach with Boxing Victoria Inc. (BVI)

You herby state that you are:

(a) a resident of Australia;

(b) 17 years of age or older;

(c) of good character;

(d) am not insane or of unsound mind; and

(f) am not the subject of a current resolution of:

(i) expulsion and disqualification from membership of BVI;

(ii) suspension, expulsion or disqualification imposed by Boxing Australia Inc. (BAL);

(iii) suspension of, or expulsion and disqualification from, membership of any other association, club or body that is a member of BAL.

I agree:

(i) to be bound by, and to observe, BAL's Anti-Doping and Member Protection Policies; as amended from time to time;

(ii) that BAL's Anti Doping and Member Protection Policies, as amended from time to time, may be enforced against me;

(iii) that BAL may test and, where appropriate, discipline me in accordance with BAL's Anti-Doping Policy, as amended from time to time; and

(iv)that BAL may conduct investigations and where appropriate, discipline me in accordance with BAL's Member Protection Policy, as amended from time to time.

you agree to BVI Privacy Policy and online Terms and Conditions
