I acknowledge and agree that:

1) I have read, understood and agree to abide by the Australian National Anti-Doping Policy (available on the Sport Integrity Australia website at https://www.sportintegrity.gov.au/what-we-do/anti-doping/ world-anti-doping-code/australian-national-anti-doping-policy), effective from 1 January 2021, being the anti-doping policy adopted by Boxing Australia and applicable to all participants in Boxing Australia.  

2) I have read, understood and agree to abide by Boxing Australia’s National Integrity Framework policies (available at Complaints & Sports Integrity - Boxing Australia, effective from October 2022 and applicable to all participants in Boxing.

3) I have read, understood and agree to abide by Boxing Australia’s Constitution, BA Code of Conduct and all Regulations & Policies by Boxing Australia (all available at Boxing Australia website under Governance) , and also agree to comply with any other policies adopted by Boxing Australia  

4) It is my responsibility to familiarise myself with these policies, including any updates to the policies and other policies as adopted by Boxing Australia that I am advised of in future.

5) A breach of these policies could result in further action being taken, as outlined in the respective policy.

Boxing Victoria

Terms and Conditions of Membership with Boxing Victoria Inc. (BVI)

By applying for or renewing your membership with Boxing Victoria Incorporated (BVI), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following applicable terms and conditions.

1. Registered Competitor (Boxer) Membership

By applying for membership as a registered competitor, you confirm that:

• You are a resident of Australia;

• You are at least 10 years of age;

• You are of good character;

• You are not a professional boxer;

• You are not of unsound mind; and

• You are not currently the subject of:

  • Any disqualification or suspension from boxing competition imposed by BVI;

  • Any disqualification or suspension imposed by Boxing Australia Limited (BAL); or

  • Any disqualification or suspension from an association, club, or body affiliated with BAL.

You further agree:

• To be bound by and observe all policies of BAL, including the Anti-Doping Policy and Member Protection Policy, as amended from time to time;

• That BAL may conduct anti-doping tests and enforce disciplinary measures in accordance with its Anti-Doping Policy;

• That BAL may conduct investigations and enforce disciplinary action in accordance with its Member Protection Policy;

• To abide by the BAL Code of Conduct, BVI Privacy Policy, and BVI’s Online Terms and Conditions;

• That no cross-coding will be tolerated, in accordance with the rules of World Boxing and Boxing Australia Limited. Participation in non-affiliated or unrecognised boxing competitions or organisations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

2. Registered Coach Membership

By applying for membership as a coach, you confirm that:

• You are a resident of Australia;

• You are 17 years of age or older;

• You are of good character;

• You are not of unsound mind; and

• You are not currently the subject of:

  • Expulsion or disqualification from BVI;

  • Suspension, expulsion, or disqualification from BAL; or

  • Suspension, expulsion, or disqualification from any association, club, or body affiliated with BAL.

You further agree:

• To comply with BAL’s Anti-Doping and Member Protection Policies, as amended from time to time;

• That BAL may test and, where appropriate, discipline you under the Anti-Doping Policy;

• That BAL may investigate and, where appropriate, discipline you under the Member Protection Policy;

• To adhere to the BAL Code of Conduct, BVI Privacy Policy, and BVI’s Online Terms and Conditions;

• That cross-coding is strictly prohibited in accordance with World Boxing and BAL regulations. Participation in unrecognised boxing activities may result in disciplinary action.

3. Social Member

By applying for membership as a social member, you agree to comply with:

• The BAL Code of Conduct;

• The BVI Privacy Policy; and

• BVI’s Online Terms and Conditions.
